When should I change my Will?

  1. Marriage  automatically revokes your existing Will and you would need to make a new one. However if you are due to be married we can make a provision that your future marriage will not revoke your Will.
  2. Separation  If you are separated from your spouse but not yet divorced then they will have a claim against your Estate if you were to die before your divorce is finalised.
  3. Birth of a child or grandchild  You should update your Will to ensure you have provided for all of your loved ones
  4. Any change in your circumstances
